Well - we've now arrived in Nassau. The kml file for Google Earth can be downloaded from http://vliet.net, and it'll show our sailing path (basically some straight lines, so whatever).
The whole trip went pretty smooth, except for the last mile or so - we hit a wave which made the boat tilt over 20 degrees a few times. So all the books in the book ex were on the floor. The Kitchen was a mess, and the Mess .. was also a mess. But two hours of hard work by all the people in the book ex made it look like nothing happened.
I'll find some pictures later and put them up.
Nassau looks pretty nice so far. Mostly for the sun, water, beaches and trees. This part seems very tourist-like with most of the tourist coming from (huge) cruiseliners and staying for only a day or two. Enough to go buy a t-shirt and a hat and do a horse-carriage-ride thing.
Maria learned some new card game - we'll see if we get to import it to Norway (I haven't a clue how it works but it's sort of a quasi-social game... lots of people doing lots of things simultaneously - it's called ligretto).
Oh - I'm supposed to take over *horror* - we'll see if I'm able to write more tomorrow :-P
